 is a charming cottage in open countryside with spectacular views of the Ayrshire and Galloway hills and yet only a five minute drive to the historic village of Alloway - birthplace of Scotland's national bard Robert Burns.

This is an ideal holiday base with everything you need on your doorstep. Nearby is the Ayrshire Coastal Path, one of the finest coastlines in the British Isles. Walking, riding, racing, and a choice of golf courses are available locally.

Alloway CottageCulzean Castle is spectacular and is Ayrshire's most popular tourist attraction. Day trips to Ireland can be taken from Stranraer, and Glasgow, Paisley and Edinburgh can be easily reached.

The cottage is surrounded by generous gardens with a long driveway entered via wrought iron gates there is a patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the views on those long summer nights.
